Crossing the Rainbow Bridge
In loving memory of the brave souls who left paw prints on our hearts. They rest now in sunshine and fields of gold, waiting for us by the bridge.

01
Wolfie
When Wolfie first came home, the world was a scary place. He found a safe spot on the couch and only left it to eat or go outside. He often shook with anxiety, and it took him a couple of months before he felt comfortable enough to explore beyond his spot.
As he settled in, Wolfie became especially attached to his family. He had separation anxiety and would follow us, barking until we walked out the door. But in his own way, he showed us just how much he loved being close.
One of our favorite memories is how much Wolfie loved feet, especially at bedtime. He would hold my foot down and lick it until he fell asleep. It was one of his little quirks that made him Wolfie, and one we’ll always remember.
Wolfie was part of our family for six years, and his place in our hearts will always be his. ❤️

Pepper, Our Sheltie Imposter
When a shelter called about a Sheltie who had been given up by his owners, we went to meet him. Once we got there, we realized Pepper wasn’t really a Sheltie, but we just couldn’t leave him behind.
Pepper was an old man with plenty of spark. He could still run around like a young pup, and he always seemed to be everyone’s favorite. He’ll always be our beloved “Sheltie imposter.”
